No. The payments model is designed so each business connects its own Stripe account and receives homeowner payments directly.
Can we bring an existing member list?+
Yes. CarePlanDone includes a CSV import flow, so you can validate and bring in existing members without retyping every record.
Is it only for plumbing and heating businesses?+
That is where CarePlanDone starts, but the workflow also suits other service businesses selling recurring maintenance and cover plans.
Will it send customer reminders?+
The service diary prepares reminder information. Automated branded email sending is planned for a later release.
